The process of buying and selling homes is not as obvious as it may seem. No matter which side of the purchase you're on, you need an experienced advocate to help you get the best deal.
I was born and raised in Texas and though I have enjoyed living in seven different states, I chose Virginia as the place to call home. Living and working in the Roanoke Valley for the past fourteen years, I have dedicated the past seven years to helping people buy & sell real estate. Because of my personal experience with moving, I understand the challenges associated with relocating, whether it’s from one side of town to the other or from one state to another.
I obtained my bachelors degree in Secondary Education from Hartland College in Rapidan, VA and am able to speak both English & Spanish fluently. My teaching experience allows me to understand that every individual’s or family’s home buying or selling experience is different. So whether you need to start with the ABC’s or you simply need a refresher course, I will make sure you have a clear understanding of the home buying or selling process from start to finish.
